We are seeking experienced and dynamic Real Estate Listing Agents to join our top-performing teams in Fort Myers, Naples, and Marco. As a Listing Agent, you will prospect new leads and schedule listing appointments to build a strong client base. You will conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing for listings, complete real estate listing paperwork, and implement effective marketing strategies for new listings.

You will stage and market homes to achieve quick sales in the local real estate market and negotiate contracts, providing support during the closing process to ensure a successful sale for clients.

Responsibilities:
--- Prospect new leads and schedule listing appointments to build a strong client base
--- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing for listings
--- Complete real estate listing paperwork and implement effective marketing strategies for new listings
--- Stage and market homes to achieve quick sales in the local real estate market
--- Negotiate contracts and provide support during the closing process to ensure a successful sale for clients

Qualifications:
--- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate sales experience
--- Active Florida real estate license with $3,000,000 in verifiable sales in the last 18 months, minimum
--- Strong knowledge of local real estate market conditions and current trends
--- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
--- Ability to use CRM software to maintain confidential client information
