Have you just started your course or passed your test? Even if you have been in the business for a little while and need some extra support from a team! The Gogan Team is growing! We are taking on fresh faces and newly licensed, beginner associates! We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who are motivated and passionate about making the home-buying experience as simple and streamlined as it can be. We need people to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. If you are a new agent or are serious about becoming an agent, that is great! We teach you the skills and give you the tools to properly go out and sell real estate in our market.

Responsibilities:
--- Be in the office 2-3 days a week for Gogan Team training
--- Participate in team meeting role play
--- Convert leads into contracts
--- Willing to put in the work your first year to build your pipeline
--- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
--- Build repour with buyer and seller clients
--- Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
--- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
--- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
--- Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM

Qualifications:
--- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
--- Meets our culture and core value requirements
--- Real estate license or course started
--- Hungry and willing to put in the work
--- Beginners willing to learn the skills needed to succeed
--- Wanting to learn the new market
--- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
--- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
--- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
--- Tech-savvy
--- Team player, provide support to your team
