You'll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. Responsibilities:

Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication
Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
--- Find entry-level agents with high growth potential via calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
--- Assist in agent onboarding and be a support system for them while they go through our 90-day training
--- Maintain a growing email list with value ad videos created by the team leader and plan fun events for the team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
Verbal and written communication skills are a must
Familiar with online job posting tools
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
--- A desire to learn, grow and be a part of a team is a must
