Description We are seeking a Service Now Database Analyst for our national client. This candidate will have coverage skills in the areas below. This will be a full-time position and fully remote with occasional travel (once every few months to the West Coast of Florida area.) Interested candidates will be technically evaluated in skill areas below.--- ServiceNow background--- Configuring a Multi-Source CMDB using Identification Reconciliation Engine (CMBD standing for Configuration Management Database)--- Ability to work with Stakeholders and understand their use case scenarios--- ServiceNow CMDB experience, managing the class hierarchy, defining required versus recommended attributes, utilizing ServiceNow Dashboards Requirements Requirements--- 7+ years of demonstrated experience in Configuration Management development, CI discovery, and CMDB integrations with the Service Now CMDB module.--- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience--- ServiceNow MC - Configure CMDB & MC - CMDB Health; a must--- ServiceNow CIS-Software Asset Management Certification; a plus--- ServiceNow CIS-Hardware Asset Management Certification; a plus--- ServiceNow MC - Asset Models Management & MC - Integration Hub; a mustPersonal Attributes--- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential--- Can conform to shifting priorities in company requirements, product demands, and purchasing timelines through analytical capabilities--- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources--- Adept at conducting research into product- and service-related issues--- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies--- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment--- Ability to read, write, and interpret business and technical documents--- Strong written and oral communication skills--- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail--- Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute--- Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment--- Superior time management and organizational skills--- Possess a wide degree of creativity and latitude--- Passionate about continuous improvement Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do. - Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
