This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesProvide safety support and information to employees.Identify safety training needs and coordinate safety training programs.Monitor safety goals.Participate in new product / process review including process hazard analysis.Assist in the selection of appropriate personal protective equipment.Promote safety awareness through communication and specific training programs.Participate on Uline's Safety Committee.Review incident reports and follow-up as necessary.Train new employees on Uline processes, procedures and safety standards when needed.?Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.3+ years warehouse experience, supervisory experience within a high volume, fast-paced distribution environment preferred.Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented.Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.MUST be available to travel for initial training at Uline's other domestic locations.BenefitsComplete medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts and wellness programs.401(k) with 5% employer match.Paid holidays and generous paid time off.Tuition Assistance Program that covers professional continuing education.Bonus programs that include annual performance, sales goals and profit sharing.Employee PerksBest-in-class, clean, modern air-conditioned warehouse facilities.First-class fitness center and nearby walking path.Company-provided uniforms.About UlineUline is North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.
