Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE

Hertz is hiring an Incentive Compensation Analyst to support our portfolio of compensation plans. The Incentive Compensation Analyst will provide analytical and administrative support to drive business performance and ensure maximum return on the company's investment in employee compensation. Position responsibilities include plan modeling, ROI analysis, systems implementation/programming, plan communication, and daily administration support for assigned incentive programs.

JOB CONTRIBUTIONS

--- Administers weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual incentives.

--- Responds to inquiries from HRBPs, managers and employees (e.g., regarding incentive programs, calculations, goals and crediting rules)

--- Performs regular and ad hoc reporting and analyses related to incentive design, cost, performance, and compliance.

Assists with plan set up/review/testing in Varicent --- Documentation of plans, creation of training/plan materials, and communication

--- Ensures accurate administration of assigned plans in sales performance management system

--- Administers projects related to implementation, communication, and the day-to-day administration of incentive plans

--- Conducts regular compensation compliance audits

--- Provides data and recommendations to support decisions regarding plan status, performance, and plan management

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

--- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field strongly preferred

--- 0-2 years of related work experience preferred

--- Strong technical proficiency with data analysis and modeling; specific experience with Varicent software preferred

--- Familiarity with financial concepts and ability to learn new systems and processes

--- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to perform extensive data validation using automated tools

--- Knowledge and Proficient in using Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

--- Ability to identify and analyze issues, develop solutions, and make sound decisions

--- Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail

--- Clear focus on continuous improvement and innovation

--- Strong verbal and written communication skills
