Job Description:
General Responsibilities: The Change/Problem Analyst will join a
team who are responsible for the facilitation and governance of the
Change Management and Problem Management processes, including the
analysis, QA and management of change and problem requests within
the Service Management toolset. -The team is consistently looking
to review and evolve current ways of working, within ITIL
guidelines, ensuring best practice processes are adopted and
service management tooling fits the teams' requirements.
-Responsibilities of the Change/Problem Analyst include:
Effectively manage the end to end
change and problem lifecycles and identify process improvements
where possibleDay to day management of change requests and problem
tasksIdentification and allocation of relevant change
approvalsConducting & verifying post implementation reviews,
investigating issues arising out of change implementationReporting
of change to both internal and customer management teamsProduction
of Change Approval Board (CAB) and Forward Schedule of Change (FSC)
reports & minutesParticipate in internal & customer end to end user
groups to improve the efficiency of future deliveries and business
processesThe Change Analyst will drive continuous improvements to
the quality and efficiency of the change management processWhere
required, responsible for resolving problems.Responsible for
reviewing major problems report provided by suppliers.Responsible
for identifying risks to the network.Ensure operational teams
adhere to our quality standards within the IT Service Management
toolset Essential Requirements: The successful Change/Problem
Analyst will have:
Extensive experience in a fast paced
operations environment working within an ITIL framework with a
solid understanding of Change Management principles and Problem
Management functionsStrong analytical capabilities, highly
organized and excellent relationship management skillsExperience of
ITSM tool sets, preferably ServiceNowProven ability to engage and
partner with senior stakeholders across any number of business
functionsRational & calm under pressureEnergetic and proactive with
