Job Description:

Raymond Building Supply, a Division of USLBM, are seeking an Inventory Control Clerk / Specialist for our Naples, FL Location that will maintain accurate inventory records to control inventory and maximize profit.

The day shift hours are from 7AM-3:30PM Monday- Friday. This is an hourly position paid on a bi-weekly basis.

How You Will Spend Your Days as Inventory Control Clerk:

* Assemble material for work orders
* Ship and Receive incoming material
* Maintain inventory related paperwork, invoice records, post corrections and filing system by job/vendor
* Enter receivables into computer system for accounting and inventory control
* Cycle count inventory items as assigned by location management
* Monitor stock status and investigate discrepancies
* Maintain inventory files and reconcile errors
* Make journal entries, updating stock status and credits due from vendors
* Prepare reporting for merchandise ordering and operational analysis
* Provide general administrative support to Yard personnel and General Manager

We want you to join the team if you can check these boxes:

* Minimum education required-High School diploma or GED
* 1+ year of proven experience in shipping and receiving utilizing computerized inventory and accounting system (preferred)
* Good computer proficiency
* Ability to calculate figures, amounts, and apply them accordingly
* Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
* Knowledge of building material products and lumber is preferred
* Physical demands including standing and walking for extended periods of time, bending or stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
