Plan, organize, and execute virtual open house events tailored for potential healthcare professionals. Coordinate with HR and healthcare departments to ensure accurate representation of career opportunities and organizational culture. Manage all aspects of virtual event planning, including technology setup, participant registration, content creation, and post-event follow-up. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase event attendance and participation. Analyze event performance and attendee feedback to improve future open houses. Strong proficiency in virtual event planning platforms and webinar technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in digital marketing and social media management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or similar certification is a plus.
