Our family of great employees has helped Germain Automotive Partnership grow and expand throughout the years by providing world-class customer service over and over again.Accounts Payable:* Reviewing & processing accounts payable invoices and payment requests and issuing reimbursement checks.* Prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner.* Matching checks to invoices/payment requests after each check run cycle & reconciling statements.* Answer all vendor inquiries & resolve any discrepancies.* Print all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.* Record and maintain all W9 and 1099 information.* Input new vehicles & journal entries into the computer system.* Reconcile select accounts and schedules.* Research and process chargebacks and bad checks.* Assist in monthly closings.* Fill in where needed in the absence of other employees.* Additional responsibilities as needed.Qualifications:* Strong attention to detail.* 1 to 2 years working in Accounts Payable.* Dealer payable experience preferred.* Strong PC skills.* Must be highly organized, able to work independently, and maintain a neat work area.* Professional dress in a neat and business-like manner.* Bilingualism is not required but can be very helpful.* The ability to pass pre-employment testing including background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report is required.Benefits Overview:You will be eligible for benefits starting day 1.* Medical Insurance* Dental Insurance* Vision Insurance* 401K* Life Insurance* Short and Long-term Disability Insurance* Paid time off* Employee Discounts* State-of-the-art technology* Closed on Sundays to spend time with our families
