challenges.Responsibilities:Personal Insurance Producers are
outside sales professionals responsible for proactively generating
new personal insurance sales as well as additional OneGroup product
offerings. Their goal is to build, expand and maintain a growing
client roster while meeting sales and service standards, with an
emphasis placed on the quality of insurance solutions presented to
the client.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Demonstrate
technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas and
across other company services to provide clients with effective
presentations of insurance solutions.Present to clients
consultatively proposals that are in the best interest of the
client, considering their needs and overall insurance
considerationsDevelop and execute a business plan based on
established sales objectives.Conduct on-going renewal reviews for
existing clients as appropriate and proactively demonstrate
managing existing book of business for additional business and
referrals.Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads
through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling
on individuals and business owners, direct mail, email, and
networking.Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting
activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and
follow-up activities.Ability to acquire detailed client information
for quoting submission for underwriting, pricing, and presentation,
and to seamlessly transition new accounts to the client service
team.Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
codes. Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and complies with
all internal policies and procedures.Provide prompt, comprehensive
quotes to potential new clients.Follow up promptly on all quotes
submitted, be a closer!Round accounts for new clients by offering
flood, umbrella, etc.Continuously add referral partnersSpend time
out of the office fostering relationships with existing referral
base.Work with the referral rewards team on closing new leads.Work
strategically to add new carriers as we need them, it is very
important that we have access to the best carriers available
anywhere.Set and maintain goals and objectives such as backlog,
quote turnaround, time to follow up, etc.Submit weekly numbers on a
weekly basis, Monday mornings by 10:00amAll new policies are
entered into AMS 360 in a timely manner and are complete, foster a
seamless handoff to the CSR team.Maintain a relationship with key,
strategic customers.Support the CSR team whenever necessary.Perform
