Job Details

Matches products and services to customer specifications by demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
Accept, handle, manage and respond to inquiries, requests for quotations, orders, and questions from prospective and current customers.
Involved in the quote-order transfer/approval process to ensure accurate/timely execution.
Providing process support on manufacturing technical issues and serving as a technical liaison for customers and suppliers regarding the manufacturing process.
Works across company departments to support and facilitate purchasing, work orders, production, warehousing, etc.
Creates and maintains required part and process documentation to communicate defined processes and best practices and facilitate a culture of discipline and standardization.
Developing processes and systems to ensure sustainability and establishing standard operating procedures.
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Experienced user of MS Office Suite and CAD.
Experience in completing technical documentation for engineering and manufacturing.
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting inefficiencies with operation/production activities.
Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes.
SPC (Statistical Process Control) knowledge.
