Job Description:

Quality Enterprises USA, Inc. is seeking a full-time -Yard Attendant in Naples, FL to maintain the yard and office property in an organized manner, ensure efficient delivery and return of equipment, and oversee traffic in and out of the yard.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• 
  
• Load and unload company trucks.
  
• Inspect equipment prior to shipment and on return.
  
• Notify the equipment manager of damaged or missing equipment.
  
• Verify fuel consumption and thoroughly inspect equipment when returned.
  
• Move equipment back to storage area following routine maintenance.
  
• Set up equipment in an orderly fashion.
  
• Perform general housekeeping of the yard and office property.
  
• Greet drivers in yard and direct them to office or unloading areas as needed.
  
• Assist drivers in loading and unloading equipment.
  
• Water the yard and surrounding property three times each day to control dust.
  
• Wash incoming equipment as needed.
  
• Assist in testing submersible water pumps.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-production environment.
    
  • Ability to work with limited supervision to complete tasks.
    
  • Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
    
  • Mechanical aptitude a plus.
    
  • Experience operating off-road construction equipment a plus.
    
  • Must have valid Class E Florida Driver License.
    
    Physical Requirements

    • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
      
    • Must be able to walk or sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, or stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
      
    • Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions including dust, heat, and rain.
