Job Description:

A mobile device management software company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Account Specialist II.

Must be able to:
Organize, enter and process customer transactions
Ensure quality of completed orders by resolving any issues or discrepancies
Serve as a process subject matter expert on at least one specific area of the business
Required Skills:

2 year / Associates Degree ; A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
2 Years+ in a detailed oriented environment; 2 Years+ Customer Service experience
2 Years+ in Account Specialist role or comparable competency
Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce CPQ; Order Management experience
Ability to communicate complex technical terms in an easy to understand, non-technical manner
Ability to interact effectively with co-workers in a results driven culture
