Job Description:

A customer service outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Tax Assistance Customer Service Ambassador.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Using web-based applications and navigating multi-screen interfaces
Utilizing your resources to locate answers to customer questions
Taking calls and responding to emails directly from customers who need help with filing their taxes online
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Previous experience with browser-based applications
Previous experience with online tax filing software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
1 year call center experience required
Experience troubleshooting web browser related issues
Comfortable with various internet browsers, and Microsoft Windows OS
