Full time PositionMaintenance- Service- Security8:30 am - 4:30
pm Tuesday - Saturday -Benefits Available -Basic Maintenance
Knowledge- Trash help and box cut up-Daily- Clean barbecue grills-
Daily as needed -- Monitor contractors/vendors service entry -
Daily as needed -- Open unit doors for contractors/vendors - Daily
as needed -- Blowing off the property - Daily as needed- Garage
floor scrubbing - Twice a month or as needed- Outside light fixture
cleaning - Twice a month or as needed -- Pool deck floor scrubber -
Twice a month or as needed- Spider web -cleaning - Weekly- Service
Lobby cleaning - Monthly or as needed -- Painting - As needed-
Other tasks as assigned - As needed- Security fill in - As needed
