Description This position is for one of our business units which
focuses on our customer community, while empowering you to learn,
grow and deliver. As a Customer Support Specialist, you---ll be
collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being
part of a fun, team-oriented culture. You---ll provide great
service through multiple contact channels by helping customers
understand our program --- both current and prospective customers.
Job Location : Office-Based Hours : Monday through Friday, 10pm -
7am EST (hours may vary) Responsibilities Include: General
Responsibilities: -- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
-- Identify and assess customers--- needs to achieve satisfaction
-- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through
open and interactive communication -- Provide accurate, valid and
complete information by using the right methods/tools -- Meet
personal/customer service team targets and handling quotas --
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
alternatives within the time limits; follow-up to ensure resolution
-- Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts and file
documents -- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and
policies -- Take the extra mile to engage customer Live Chat --
Know our trading and audition rules, as most of the live chats
pertain to clarification of our rules -- Availability to answer the
live chats as they come in during the assigned hours. All missed
live chats need to be emailed. -- Maintain conversations with
multiple people at once -- Maintain professional integrity and
self-control, remembering that you are representing the company,
even when people are out of line -- Willingness to ask for help ---
no need to handle everything alone and always bring your team into
the chat when you don---t know what to do Phone Calls -- Answer the
phone calls as they come in during the assigned hours -- Manage
phone calls in a professional and respectful manner -- Multi-task
phone calls and chats -- Ability to answer any questions about the
company and the program confidently and be prepared for any
questions someone could ask. In this regard, the candidate will
also need to know about other firms and what sets us apart from the
rest. This question comes up often and it---s important to have
answers ready. Emails -- Any missed live chats at the beginning of
the shift need to be addressed in an email -- Respond to emails as
they come in and to clear up the inbox before the shift is finished
