Requisition ID: 51606 - Title: Security Officer II - Naples - Overnight - Division: Arthrex, Inc. (US01) - Location: Naples, FL Arthrex is actively seeking Security Officer -to join our team at our location in Naples, FL. The Security Officer will work to preserve the safety and security of employees, visitors, and property per company policies and applicable laws. The position -will work an overnight 12 hour shift. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain vigilance and manage authorized and unauthorized access to Arthrex facilities.
• Respond to emergencies such as medical, fire, theft, trespassing, and acts of violence.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Monitor facilities by physical and electronic means.
• Coordinate the activity of outside emergency personnel and equipment while on the premises.
• Facilitate communication regarding security policies and procedures across the organization to ensure cooperation and consistency.
• Provide assistance to contractors/visitors while ensuring adherence to all site policies and procedures.
• Identify and verify contractors/visitors information via system and/or badge access to ensure compliance to policies and security to Arthrex facilities.
• Follow specific instructions and designated guidelines for different types of visitors/contractors and events.
• Ability to share knowledge and train others when needed. Required Education/ Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4 or more years of experience in a related security field required.
  • Complete MOAB training during 1st year of employment.
  • Licenses: D, G and CCW permit
  • Pass psychological evaluation qualification. Skills & Knowledge:
    • Strong problem solving, communication abilities required.
    • Ability to work in a high pressure, goal-oriented team environment required.
    • Must be detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time.
    • Ability to communicate issues and problem solve effectively with team members, employees, customers and contractors.
    • Experience with card access, video surveillance systems, alarm monitoring preferred.
    • Limited use and/or application of basic processes, practices, and concepts.
    • Limited knowledge of standards and procedures. Discretion/ Latitude: Work is supervised by fellow officers. Follows specific, detailed instructions. Reasoning Ability: Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures. Follows chain-of-command. Vision Requirements: Visual acuity necessary to do the job safely and effectively.
