They combine cellular connectivity with enterprise-grade cloud software to deliver easy to use tools and interfaces that blend all models of voice communication into one easy-to-use VoIP and UcaaS ecosystem. They are seeking a results-driven Customer Onboarding Specialist to be responsible for all post-sales onboarding, customer support, and account configuration duties. The Customer Onboarding Specialist duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to answer their questions about our clients product demonstrations, and assist with account creation and activation. The ideal candidate should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Responsibilities of the Customer Onboarding Specialist:

  • This position is focused on overseeing the onboarding support for new and existing customers
  • In-person, over the phone, and web-based presentations and demonstrations of services
  • Develop relationships and follow-up with prospects and existing customers
  • Maintain a high-level of professionalism and prospect satisfaction in all interactions
  • Utilize office management software such as HubSpot, Office Suite, etc.
  • Prioritize, distribute, and store incoming documentation and correspondence
  • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements of the Customer Onboarding Specialist:
    • Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and strong relationship building skills
    • This is a highly active, results-driven position. The ideal candidate should thrive on meeting and exceeding goals and/or deadlines
    • Quick thinking and ability to problem solve
    • Solid organization, time management, and communication skills
    • Previous sales experience preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate
    • Knowledge of Telecommunications, UCaaS, and IoT a plus
    • College degree preferred, but not required. High School diploma required
    • Ability to work independently and self-motivated
