Under the direction of the Deli Chef, plans and
supervises daily operations of the kitchen to provide a positive
“Million-Dollar-Moment” guest experience and quality products (menu
items/offerings).Will be responsible for all duties of the Deli
Chef in his absence. Responsible for maintaining quality
levels, cleanliness, sanitation, safety and customer service
actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s mission,

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment
