Requisition ID: 51118 Title: Sr. Technology Contract Specialist Division: Arthrex, Inc. (US01) Location: Naples, FL Main Objective:
Responsible for reviewing and negotiating strategic technology spend to obtain the best commercial outcomes. - Focusing on pricing and achieving the most favorable contract terms to support strategic indirect procurement acquisitions. Includes, but not limited to professional services, technical consulting and technology purchase agreements including software, equipment and technology support. - Work includes participating in the creation of proposals, negotiating agreements including pricing and other contract terms, and facilitating the award of contracts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities within targeted spend categories in order to improve financial outcomes.
Negotiate key strategic deals, conduct research and provide benchmark data, including conducting and facilitating RFx's.
Lead all aspects of the sourcing, contractual and commercial agreements with third parties in the software/technology category.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors in the technology spend category and facilitate strategic business reviews in collaboration with business partners.
Responsible for building collaborative relationships with internal business partners as well as strategic relationships with IT vendors.
Ensures contracts are properly executed according to preferred legal language, Grants of Authority matrix and standard operating process.
Works to support contract compliance and supplier performance management.
Negotiate contracts to meet stakeholder objectives while achieving maximum overall cost optimization.
Manage Contract Lifecycle and supporting documents of vendor agreements.
Adhere to procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with industry best practice and Arthrex Policy.
Engage in ongoing process improvement strategies to streamline sourcing and procurement to ensure sourcing initiatives are aligned with executive strategic business plans, best practice procurement procedures and performance objectives.
Facilitate vendor proposals for business and participating in vendor evaluations.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
5 years relevant experience required
Broad technology sourcing and acquisition experience in professional consulting services, IT hardware and software, including Cloud and Cloud-based solutions
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Advanced computer skills specifically with MS Excel (advanced skills required), MS SharePoint preferred
Excellent judgment, highly discrete and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Detailed and Service orientated
Ability to work as part of a team, independently, and multi-task.
Ability to analyze information and covert related activities into a comprehensive work plan.
Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management.
Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to implement process improvements.
Other experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions and licensing knowledge and product use rights for software publishers (e.g. Microsoft, SAP, Workfront, JAMA, Oracle, Adobe).
Conceptual knowledge and understanding of Information Technology.
Ability to document information and issues. Documentation must be grammatically correct, factually accurate, and appropriate to the target audience.
Demonstrate organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Advanced Demonstrated written communication skills
