As the Dining Room Supervisor, you are responsible for the efficient, professional operation of the dining room and for creating a gracious and warm atmosphere through proper supervision, training and coordination of servers, along with careful attention to needs of the residents and guests. Because you are always in contact with residents families, and to guarantee their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism. Your appearance and attentive, courteous service directly affect the successful marketing of the property. As the Dining Room Supervisor, you are a key member of the Food Service Team. The Food Service Director is the coordinator of this team. You and your team are responsible for supporting ProMedica's mission and achieving our goals.

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma required.

Position Requirements

Two years supervisor, customer service or hospitality related experience.
