Looking for an energetic, reliable self-starter with outstanding customer service skills and a positive and encouraging attitude.- Professional appearance and friendly personality.- Good attendance and being punctual a must.- Able to multitask, pay close attention to detail and work well under pressure.- 3 years experience of basic computer skills and Microsoft office and customer service experience.- Answer Phones, assist customers with placing orders, picking up orders and answering questions to inform the customer about the screen printing and embroidery process.Reply to emails from customers to help place orders and answer design and pricing questions.Send emails and make phone calls to customers regarding orders to be placed or questions regarding current orders.- Able to lift 40 lbs.This is a Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00 position.Please submit resumeJob Type: Full-timePay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits: Employee discountSchedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Education: High school or equivalent (Required)Experience: Customer service: 3 years (Required) Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)Language: English / Spanish (Preferred)Work Location: One location
