Job Description Lee Health is seeking a per diem / prn nurse RN Remote Cardiology for a per diem / prn nursing job in Fort Myers, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiology - Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - Up to 40.00 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Per Diem Location:Bass Medical One -16261 Bass RoadFort Myers FL 33908 Department: HOD Cardiology - Bass Road Work Type: PRN Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM, within this time range M-F - REMOTE Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$39.78 - $39.78 / hour Summary The Cardiac Device specialist is responsible for testing, troubleshooting and programming of implanted cardiac devices as well as processing remote data and reports from the manufacturer web sites (Carelink, Merlin, Latitude, Biotronik). Responsible for providing an excellent patient experience while delivering and documenting team based safe patient care in collaboration with the physician and other care team members. Requirements Education:High School diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of a diploma, associates or baccalaureate academic program in health science (includes but not limited to cardiovascular technology, ultrasound, radiologic technology or nursing) preferred. Experience:Minimum of two years' experience working in a device clinic or working in the field for a cardiac device manufacturer. Advanced cardiac rhythm interpretation required. Will accept new graduate of a recognized cardiac device management training program (Prep MD, ATI, or similar). Certification:BLS (American Heart Association/Basic Life Support) required. CCDS through IBHRE preferred within 3 years of hire. License:RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or RN (Registered Nurse) preferred.
