registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience

a strong background in operating room (OR) nursing, specializing in
both adult and pediatric patient care. This travel position is
based in Cape Coral, Florida, offering a dynamic environment with
diverse surgical specialties including ENT, general surgery,
vascular and endovascular procedures, robotics, dental, gynecology,
orthopedics, spine, and neurosurgery. Schedule & Hours: 12-hour day
shifts Fridays: 6:30 AM 7:00 PM Saturdays and Sundays: 7:00 AM 7:30
PM Call rotation required, averaging approximately 4 calls per
month Call types include EOS (7 PM11 PM), overnight (7 PM7 AM), and
backup (3 PM7 AM) Qualifications / Desired Experience: Minimum 2
years of OR nursing experience required Pediatric OR experience
mandatory BLS certification required; CNOR preferred Proficiency
with Epic EMR system Prior travel experience highly preferred
Degree accreditation must be documented or a minimum of 5 years OR
experience provided Must reside within a 50-mile radius of
permanent address due to radius rule Ability to float to other
units and sister campuses; travelers are prioritized for floating
assignments Key Responsibilities: Provide perioperative nursing
care to adult and pediatric patients Collaborate efficiently within
multidisciplinary surgical teams Maintain high standards of patient
safety and sterile technique Uphold facility culture and function
effectively as core staff members Respond promptly to call shifts
