Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare
services, is seeking a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our
team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality imaging services
that are patient-centered, ensuring optimal diagnosis and
treatment. As a Radiology Technologist in our dynamic setting, you
will leverage state-of-the-art technology to support patient care
from our hospitals to home health settings, embodying our
commitment to comprehensive healthcare. Perform radiographic and
other diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in the
diagnosis of injuries and disease. Maintain patient safety and
comfort during procedures. Ensure accurate data is produced and
maintained for treatment planning and analysis. Collaborate with
other healthcare team members to ensure exceptional patient care.
Manage imaging equipment and report any malfunctioning. Educate
patients on imaging processes, ensuring understanding and
compliance. Proficiency in using radiologic equipment. Ability to
interpret images and assist with diagnostic procedures. Strong
communication and patient management skills. Demonstrated attention
to detail and accuracy. Adaptability to both hospital and home
health environments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certified and registered with the American Registry
of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Valid state licensure as a
Radiologic Technologist.
