Job Description:
Lee Health is seeking a dedicated Cardiac Device Specialist to
join our innovative team within Southwest Florida. This essential
role involves managing and monitoring cardiac implantable devices,
ensuring optimal functionality and supporting the cardiological
health of our patients. As part of Lee Health, you will be integral
to delivering high-quality care and enhancing our community’s
wellness in our state-of-the-art facilities. Perform implantation,
regular checks, and emergency interventions on cardiac devices.
Interpret data from cardiac monitors to adjust therapies and
improve patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on
device functions, maintenance, and health strategies. Collaborate
with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive cardiac care plans.
Stay updated on advancements in cardiac device technologies and
healthcare protocols. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
and standards in device management. Strong technical skills with
cardiac monitoring systems and devices. Excellent analytical
ability for interpreting clinical data. Superb communication skills
for effective patient interaction and education. Ability to work
collaboratively within multidisciplinary health teams. Medical

Certification from the International Board of Heart Rhythm
Examiners (IBHRE) is preferred. Valid state nursing or relevant
medical license.
