Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled part-time COTA to join our healthcare team in St. Petersburg, FL. In this role, you will work under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists to support patient treatment, provide therapeutic activities, and help individuals improve independence in daily living. Responsibilities Assist OTs with implementing individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises and ADL training. Support patients with mobility, coordination, and fine motor skill development. Utilize adaptive equipment as needed. Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT. Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Qualifications Associate degree in OTA from an accredited program. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (NBCOT). Active Florida OTA license. CPR certification preferred. Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills.
