Job Description Job Description Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1 year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technician skilled in both Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology (EP) procedures. The position requires a strong background in imaging and patient care within a high-paced cardiac environment. The technician will perform crucial diagnostic imaging and assist cardiologists during procedures while demonstrating sound clinical judgment and critical thinking. Key Responsibilities: - Assist cardiologists by scrubbing and monitoring (recording) during Cath Lab and EP procedures - Perform imaging studies promptly, accurately, and safely under physician and supervisory direction - Float between multiple campuses as required to support patient needs - Maintain clear and effective communication with the cardiology team to ensure smooth workflow - Uphold patient safety and follow all clinical protocols and infection control standards Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Active RCIS certification - ACLS and BLS certification - Minimum 3-5 years of current Cath Lab experience with Electrophysiology procedures - Proficient in scrub techniques and patient monitoring during cardiac procedures - Ability to think critically and respond quickly in an acute care setting - Comfortable with rotating call shifts including after-hours and weekends Work Schedule: - Day shift, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, four 10-hour days per week - 9-11 call shifts per schedule, spanning six weeks duration - Includes weekend and after-hours on-call responsibilities Location:Position is located in Bonita Springs, Florida, a vibrant community known for its beautiful beaches, nature preserves, and welcoming atmosphere.
