Job Description:

Dial-a-Nurse - WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE HHA/CNA'S FOR A VERY SWEET EDERLY LADY!
Shift needing coverage for 830p-1030p Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
AND Saturday / Sunday mornings
Ideal caregiver can work all the same shifts to keep regularity and familarity for the family and client. -
We are an established and busy Home Health Agency with over 40 Years' experience. Our caregivers are compassionate, respectful and reliable looking to start immediately!
Responsibilities:

Provide health care services in patients residence
Perform domestic and household tasks
Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital - if needed -
Assist with prescribed medications
Assist with clients personal care
Monitor and report patients vital signs, (temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises if needed
Meal preparations
Provide companionship and basic emotional support

Skills:

Proven working experience as home health aide/Certified Nursing Assistant
Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
Proficiency in English
Caring and compassionate personality

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License or Photo ID, & or Permanent Resident Card, Employment Authorization
Social Security Card
HHA Certified or CNA License/Certification
CPR - American Heart Association or American Red Cross
HIV/AIDS certificate
Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication
Alzheimer certificate
Auto insurance
