The caregiver -is a member of the dedicated care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet patient needs. • Provide patients with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping
• Take and record vital signs as well as height and weight, if necessary
• Assist patients in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes, report any changes to the Director of Nursing
• Assist patients in walking, outdoor activities, etc.
• Develop and promote a safe environment for quality patient care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standardsRequirements
  • Valid Florida CNA/HHA License in good standing
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid CPR Certificate
  • Physical and negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • Valid Driver's License and auto insurance with reliable vehicle
  • Adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality
  • Must be eligible status on AHCA level 2 background
  • Negative drug screen and motor vehicle background screening
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively
  • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds -What We Can Offer
