Job Description:

Family Practice-Without OB opening in Labelle, Florida. Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician in Labelle, FL

Requirements:
Specialty: Primary Care
Education: MD or DO
License: Florida or Willingness to get FL license, DEA
Certification: Residency must be completed in a primary care specialty.
Years of Experience: 3 years from residency, Someone with 5-6 years left prior to retirement

Facility Details: Hours: Monday to Friday - no weekend schedule
Patient Population: 21 patients per day, All preference. There are peds coverages, but best if all.

Additional details:
Rate Range: Base 210k, productivity and incentive 310k and up.
Support staff: 6 total providers in clinic, including peds md, 2 family med, and 3 NPs.
