time Home Health RN to conduct start of cares and visits with our
patients in their homes in Naples, FL. We are currently looking for
a Weekend RN for our team! Candidates must work Saturday and Sunday
but may choose one other days, (i.e. Thursday-Friday,
Friday-Monday, or Monday-Tuesday). Baylor position is a four-day
workweek vs five days for a normal full-time RN position.PAY
INFORMATIONPay = $74 - 80K yearlyGenerous PTO & Relocation
Assistance offered for salaried full-time employees!Full time
clinicians have weekly unit targets and participate in on call
rotation set by office -- Most RNs are at a target of 25 (30 hours)
or 30 units (40 hours)1.00 Unit = 80 minutes (includes travel,
documentation, and patient care)Mileage = 50-- per mileFULL TIME
CLINICAL POSITIONS -- Monday through Sunday work week - must have
weekend availability -- On call weeknights and weekends, as needed

discipline and salary -- Cell phone allowance $30/month or
$13.85/pay periodPOSITION RESPONSIBLITIESThe RN is experienced in
planning, organizing, and directing home care services with an
emphasis on community health education. The professional RN builds
from resources to plan and direct services to meet the needs of
individuals and their family members within their homes and
communities. -- Completes an initial assessment of patient and
family to determine home care needs, including a complete physical
assessment and history of current and previous illness(es). --
Regularly re-evaluates patient nursing needs. -- Initiates the plan
of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status and needs
change. -- Uses health assessment data to determine nursing
diagnosis. Develops a care plan involving the patient and the
family to establish goals based on nursing diagnosis incorporating
therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing actions. --
-Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing
procedures. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by
the Physician. Provides direct patient care as defined in the State
Nurse Practice Act. -- Counsels the patient and family in meeting
nursing and related needs. -- Provides health care instructions to
the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan of care. --
Identifies discharge planning needs as part of the care of plan
development and implements prior to discharge of the patient. --
Acts as Case Manager when assigned by Clinical Supervisor and
assumes responsibility to coordinate patient care for assigned
caseload.POSITION REQUIREMENTS -- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
with One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an
institutional setting. Two (2) years of home health care experience
preferred. -- Must be licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse.
-- Current CPR certification. -- Licensed driver with an automobile
that is in good working order and insured in accordance with the
organization's requirements. -- Excellent observation, verbal and
written communication skills, problem-solving skills, basic math
skills, and nursing skills per competency checklist. -- Prolonged
or considerable walking and standing. Able to lift, position, or
transfer patients. Able to lift supplies and equipment.
Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, or crouching.
-- Visual acuity and hearing to perform required skills.FULL TIME
