(2pm-10:30pm) Coordinates the overall interdisciplinary plan of
care for observation patients for the healthcare system, from
admission to discharge.Coordinates the overall interdisciplinary
plan of care for observation patients for the healthcare system,--a
from admission to discharge.Acts as a liaison between
patient/family and healthcare personnel to ensure necessary care is
provided promptly and effectively.Relies on experience and judgment
to plan and accomplish goals.--Responsible for the timely and
effective management of observation patients.Most be motivated,
self starter,-- creativity and latitude is required.Reports
Director of Case--Management--department.Requires certification or
licensure in a specialty area with 2-4 years of related
experience.Familiar with case management--standard concepts,
practices, procedures and observation management.Licensed RN in the
state of Florida.
