Remote Technical Support Manager. Must be able to: Monitor and
drive supervisors and staff performance Address any customer
satisfaction issues Coach and develop employees Position
Requirements Include: 2+ year's prior experience in a supervisory
or management role Proficient in Microsoft Office suite 4+ years'
prior experience in a technical support role Previous CRM
experience required Prior experience in a data-driven environment
Salesforce experience required
