Executive Assistant on Team For Global CEO, Remote position in Naples, Florida, Re-location WelcomeA large global technology company that provides digital transformation solutions to re-build processes for the digital age is looking for an additional Executive Assistant to the CEO.--The firm has over 20,000 employees worldwide with operations in 7 countries.--The Founder and present Executive Assistant live in Naples and would like the additional candidate to reside there as well for easy coordination and team meetings. This is a remote role working from home in Naples.--Once Covid resides, the Executive Assistant must be willing to possibly travel domestically and internationally 8-12 weeks out of the year, non- consecutively.About the Job:-- In conjunction with the existing Executive Assistant as a team, support the CEO as a "right hand" with all day-to-day matters including preparing and coordinating communications and complex calendar management with an ever- changing fluid schedule. -- Organize and manage domestic/international travel arrangements; coordinate complex itinerary details.--The CEO could be away 2-3 weeks at a time-- Prepare and produce all letters, emails, correspondence, when needed-- Spearhead interactions with senior management and the key executive team (direct reports to CEO) for follow-up on special projects and initiatives-- Pro-actively be able to manage and prioritize access to the CEO with grace and diplomacy; take charge of his calendar-- Some personal work, when needed-- Off hour availability via cell-This will be a team effort coordinating with the other Executive Assistant for constant coverage of the CEO About You:-- A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Chairman, CEO or President in a fast-paced corporate global setting-- Bachelor's Degree from accredited College/University-- Ability to deal with high level executives and manage those relationships with grace and polished acumen-- Very detail oriented with the ability to change gears quickly - a true multi-tasker-- High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and intellectual intelligence.--The Founder also respects "brutal honesty"-- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills* -- A polished, positive personality and a true "team player" attitude to work in consort with the present Executive Assistant
