Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000 base salary Relocation: Support
available for qualified candidates About the Company We are a
fast-growing geotechnical engineering firm headquartered in Fort
Myers, Florida. While geotechnical services remain our foundation,
we are expanding into structural restoration and engineering. This
is your opportunity to join at the ground level and help build out
a new department with full leadership support. Role Overview We’re
seeking a mid-level Structural Restoration Engineer ready to take
ownership of structural projects and grow into a leadership role.
This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who wants to
step out of a limited role and into one with real authority,
visibility, and upward mobility. Responsibilities Lead structural
restoration projects from assessment through execution Perform
inspections, develop scopes, and design repair strategies Manage
small to mid-sized projects, ensuring compliance with codes and
safety standards Collaborate with in-house geotechnical teams on
integrated project delivery Build and expand the structural
department, including future hiring Identify and pursue new
business opportunities in structural restoration Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s
preferred) Professional Engineer (PE) license required 3–5 years of
structural restoration/project management experience Ability to
manage projects independently and deliver results Strong knowledge
of assessments, repairs, and code compliance Entrepreneurial
mindset, with leadership ambitions Excellent communication and
