This role is essential to ensuring that our high?precision electronic and electromechanical products meet strict performance, reliability, and quality standards before they reach customers. If you enjoy hands?on technical work, problem?solving, and contributing to a team that builds advanced technology, this position offers a strong long?term fit. Responsibilities Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and verification of electronic and electromechanical assemblies Identify, diagnose, and repair component?level issues Document test results, repair actions, and quality findings accurately and clearly Maintain and calibrate test equipment as needed Support engineering and production teams with technical feedback and issue resolution Follow established safety, quality, and regulatory procedures Participate in continuous improvement and root?cause analysis activities Qualifications Experience using electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Experience with soldering, mechanical assembly, or calibration is a plus Comfortable working in a regulated or quality?controlled environment Clear written communication for documentation and reporting Education & Experience Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands?on experience Previous experience in testing, repair, or service of electronic or electromechanical systems preferred What We Offer Consistent Monday–Friday schedule Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for skill development and growth within a technical manufacturing environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sarasota, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
