Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing
essential speech-language services within multiple school settings
in Bonita Springs, FL, this role offers opportunities to support
students from kindergarten through high school. The position is
contract-based, with both full-time and part-time hours available,
allowing for flexible scheduling between 7 to 35 hours per week.
Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) who hold an active Florida
Department of Health licensure or Speech Language
Pathologist-Clinical Fellows (with supervision provided) are
encouraged to consider this opportunity. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech therapy services to students across
elementary, middle, and high schools. Conduct thorough evaluations
and assessments to determine speech and language needs. Collaborate
with educational staff and families to develop individualized
treatment plans. Manage caseload effectively across multiple school
locations. Maintain required documentation and comply with all
district and state regulations. Desired Qualifications and
Experience: Active Florida DOH SLP licensure or eligibility as a
Clinical Fellow with supervision. Experience working with a K-12
student population preferred. Ability to work on-site at various
school locations within the district. Completion of fingerprint
clearance through the AHCA Clearinghouse or willingness to complete
new fingerprinting as required. Strong interpersonal skills and the
ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. Locations:
Palmetto Ridge High School (3 days per week) Pinecrest Elementary
in Immokalee (1 day) Lake Trafford in Immokalee (1 day) Highlands
Elementary in Immokalee (1-5 days) Golden Terrace in Golden Gate
City (2-3 days) This contract runs from ASAP through May 29, 2026,
with schedules that can be combined across schools to constitute a
full-time equivalent. Compensation is commensurate with experience,
