As we continue to grow, we are seeking a sharp, detail-driven Estimator to serve as the financial backbone of our projects—balancing inspired design with smart, cost-effective execution. This role is critical to our success. You will work closely with Sales, Design, and the Project Team , ensuring every project is priced accurately, aligned with budget expectations, and set up for smooth execution from contract through ordering. What You’ll Do As our Estimator, you will own all project pricing and serve as the check-and-balance system that ensures designs are beautiful and financially sound. Pricing & Cost Control Prepare detailed, accurate project estimates including materials, labor, logistics, and contingencies. Act as the keeper of the budget , ensuring designs remain cost-effective and profitable. Review design concepts and drawings to identify cost risks, inefficiencies, or overdesign before projects move forward. Value-engineer projects when needed—offering smart alternatives without sacrificing quality or aesthetics. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with the Sales Team to support accurate proposals, pricing strategy, and client expectations. Partner with Design to guide cost-conscious decisions while respecting creative intent. Collaborate with the Project Team once projects are awarded to ensure pricing aligns with execution plans. Design Review & Validation Review drawings and system layouts to ensure feasibility, constructability, and cost alignment. Confirm material selections and system configurations are appropriate for scope and budget. Procurement & Ordering Manage material takeoffs and ordering once projects move into the execution phase. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure correct quantities, specifications, and timing. Verify pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules to support project timelines. Project Accuracy & Organization Maintain organized pricing files, estimates, revisions, and approvals. Support internal audits of estimates vs. actuals to continuously improve pricing accuracy. What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills Proven experience as an Estimator, Cost Analyst, or Pricing Specialist (construction, architectural systems, or custom fabrication preferred). Strong understanding of construction materials, assemblies, and cost structures. Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical documents. Technical Proficiency Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software (strongly preferred). Comfortable with Excel, estimating tools, and project management software. Familiarity with Apple-based systems and modern workflows. Mindset & Approach Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability. Confident pushing back when designs exceed budget—and offering smarter alternatives. Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Applicants must reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work. Compensation Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience, plus additional perks and benefits.
