an Acrisure agency partner , has a current need for a full-time
commercial lines Marketing Representative. This individual is
responsible for negotiating terms and pricing for new commercial
business for the agency, and to assist Client Advisor in the
creation of new business proposals. To assist in placement of
difficult or large renewal business as deemed necessary by the
Senior Vice President of Marketing & Risk Management. Essential
Duties and Responsibilities: Research new and existing markets for
target programs or niches and to educate the rest of the department
and agents of these programs Enhance Agency relationship with
existing carriers so that we maximize potential contingent income
Must be able to advise Client Advisor or client if current coverage
limits or terms are inadequate Read, interpret, and understand
policies and insurance applications and communicate the clients

diploma or the recognized equivalent, required 2-20 certification,
required Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lines
marketing or client executive position required Knowledge of all
commercial lines of insurance is mandatory --- including
professional, large casualty, and layered property accounts.
Professional designation preferred Strong market relationships and
knowledge of specific company underwriting guidelines and products,
required Other Qualifications: Able to work independently and enjoy
a high degree of interaction with team members Ability to
contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently
demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior and
effort to achieve goals and objectives Self-motivated and driven
Ability to read, understand, and interpret policy change requests
and communicate the request clearly to the company Ability to
accurately copy data from one source to another Effective
communication skills (oral, written and telephone), strong
organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to respond to
requests effectively and efficiently. Maintain a sense of urgency
and ability to work with and meet deadlines Demonstrate effective
written and verbal communication, including the ability actively
listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance Demonstrates
excellent time management and prioritization skills Attention to
detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy The ability to
multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion
surrounding sensitive information Ability to maintain a
professional demeanor and positive attitude Physical Demands: The
