Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process, review and verify data from multiple sources.
Communicate with source teams to address errors and omissions.
Analyze and reconcile data sets to confirm data is complete, accurate and consistent.
Work with technology partners to troubleshoot data quality and efficiency.
Review reports and documents for accuracy and adherence to policies.
Provide ad-hoc data analysis and present insights in a clear manner.
Interact with various operational departments to ensure regulatory guidelines are followed and reporting is accurate.
Assist in software development efforts for internal and external transparency reporting applications.
Monitor and approve all agency data uploads, ensuring proper information is captured and reported.
Generate feedback when necessary to effectuate change in policy or process.
Create awareness of transparency reporting requirements, through training and other communication channels.
Monitor regulatory changes that effect transparency reporting requirements.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
2 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Internal Audit, or similar department required; preferably within the healthcare and/or life sciences and/or biotech industry.
Strong writing skills required.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Intermediate Excel skills required.
Decision making capabilities and ability to carry out action plans.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing customer demands.
Experience with Salesforce and Concur preferred.
Report writing, Power BI skills preferred
